Our Origin
Three Strands was born from a simple observation: the tools we use to manage our health, finances, and spiritual life are scattered across dozens of apps that don't talk to each other. We believed there had to be a better way — one app rooted in faith that helps you steward your body, resources, and relationship with God all in one place.
The name comes from Ecclesiastes 4:12: “Though one may be overpowered, two can defend themselves. A cord of three strands is not quickly broken.” We see those three strands as body, mind, and spirit — woven together to create a stronger, more balanced life.

Our mission is to empower Christians to live intentionally by providing practical, faith-integrated tools for everyday life. We believe that managing your health and finances is an act of stewardship, and that Scripture should be woven into the rhythm of your daily routine — not siloed off in a separate app.
